The usual post-workshop scene after a highly successful day. Composers from the current course joined the 2022 contingent – Lara Agar, Rob Crehan, Litha Efthymiou, Robin Haigh, Edwin Hillier and Rafael Marino Acaro – in the pub. The LSO’s exhausting but inspiring day also included run-throughs for the two commissioned composers from the previous year, Stef Connor and Christian Drew. As ever, François-Xavier Roth was magnificent. Apologies that I couldn’t squeeze all of the composers into the picture!
